In response to the earthquake in Haiti, the illustrators of Studio 1482 have each created art to raise money on behalf of the victims in an effort to support the appeal for funds by CARE, a leading humanitarian relief organization.

Illustration for UTNE
I had a great time working on this illustration for a piece in the January/February issue of the Utne Reader. It was a lovely story about two women of the same heritage, but with different views on spirituality, faith and tradition. It was full of great imagery and symbols, which I just LOVED!
